Is hotel pickup and drop-off included in Phuket tours?
Most half-day and full-day experiences include round-trip transfers from major Phuket beach areas (Patong, Kata, Karon, Phuket Town, Chalong). Tell us your hotel name when enquiring so our team can confirm exact pickup times and any remote-zone supplement.
Is the Elephant Care experience truly ethical (no riding)?
Yes — 100% no hooks, no chains, and no riding. Guests prepare organic food, walk alongside rescued elephants in their forest sanctuary, and observe them bathing naturally in the lake.
How do I book and confirm availability?

Are tours suitable for families with children or seniors?
Maiton Sunset Catamaran, James Bond Island Big Boat Cruise, and Elephant Care are very family-friendly with calm pacing and full safety equipment. For ATV trails, riders can choose single or passenger options depending on age.
What happens if it rains on the day of our trip?
Brief tropical showers are normal in Phuket and most land or big-boat trips run smoothly. If maritime authorities issue a weather warning affecting sea safety, our team will help reschedule your date or suggest a safe land alternative.
